12 ounces dry spaghetti, uncooked
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons minced garlic
1/2 pkg (13.7 oz each) Gardein® Plant-Based Ground Be'f
1 can (24 oz each) Hunt's® Traditional Pasta Sauce
Grated Plant-Based Parmesan cheese, optional

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until onion is tender, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook 1 minute or until fragrant. Reduce heat to medium and add ground be'f. Cook 3 to 5 minutes until lightly browned and cooked thoroughly, stirring occasionally.
Add pasta sauce to skillet. Simmer covered over low heat 2 minutes or until hot. Serve meatless sauce with spaghetti. Sprinkle with plant-based parmesan, if desired.
