1 pkg (10.5 oz each) Glutino® Vanilla Creme Cookies
1/2 pkg (8 oz each) cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1/4 cup orange sugar sprinkles
4 each chewy chocolate candies
4 each chewy lime candies

Place cookies in food processor and pulse into fine crumbs. Add cream cheese, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pulse until mixture comes together and forms a dough.
Roll pumpkin spice cookie mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls and refrigerate 15 minutes to firm up.
Meanwhile, form chocolate candies into stems and lime candies into pumpkin leaves.
Roll truffles in sprinkles to completely coat and push formed candies into top.
Refrigerate pumpkin truffles at least another 30 minutes and remove from fridge just before serving.
If hard, microwave chewy candies for 5 seconds to soften and make easier to shape.
