3 cups self-rising flour*, sifted
3 tablespoons sugar
1 bottle (12 oz each) beer, room temperature
1 stick Earth Balance® Unsalted Vegan Buttery Sticks, melted, divided use

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9’x5’ loaf pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir flour and sugar together. Pour in beer and half the melted Earth Balance® stir until mostly smooth. Scrape into pan and pour remaining Earth Balance® evenly over top of mixture.
Bake bread 45 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove easy beer bread from pan and cool on a wire rack 10 to 15 minutes before slicing. Best served warm!
*Three cups of all-purpose flour can be substituted by adding 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon sea salt.
